Our easy-to-manage enterprise-class software enables a unified data environment for trust, transparency and newfound collaboration—from Edge devices to Cloud. Customers achieve the irrefutable data integrity essential to distributed environments—including unsecured or free-standing networks and autonomous operations.
Kinnami was founded in 2015 by a team of data management and security experts, and has offices in Boston, Washington, and Austin, TX.

SUJEESH KRISHNAN, CEO
Sujeesh Krishnan joined Kinnami in 2018 to lead the next stage of growth for Kinnami. Sujeesh has over 20 years-experience leading strategy, sales, market development, and product management in the high-technology industry. He was most recently co-founder and president of PeerAspect, a cloud-based supply chain data management and analytics software platform. His career spans private sector organizations, such as Ernst & Young, GetConnected, and i2 Technologies, as well as public sector organizations, including the Carbon Trust and the United Nations. Sujeesh serves on the Board of Directors for CLASP, a non-profit that focuses on enabling markets for energy efficient appliances globally.

Sujeesh holds a B.S. in Engineering degree with Honors, in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, an M.S. degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
CHRISTOPHER CHANDLER, CTO, CO-FOUNDER
Christopher Chandler is co-founder and Principal Architect at Kinnami software. Chris has over 30 years-experience in the commercial software market innovating, engineering and developing enterprise software primarily in the area of enterprise data protection, availability and security. The majority of his career was spent at Veritas where he held a number of technical and management positions in Engineering. As a member of the core engineering team, Chris was a key contributor to several impactful projects including the industry-leading NetBackup products. Additionally, he led a number of company-wide initiatives, essential to improving product quality. These included founding the Internal Usability Practice and building the usability labs necessary to test products with customers.
A year after the Veritas/Symantec merger, Chris left the company to research the impact on privacy of the emerging explosion in collaborative information. This work has formed the basis of intellectual property now owned by Kinnami.
Chris is named as the Principal Inventor of six U.S. patents in the fields of data protection, software automation and user interface design. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Bristol, U.K.
PATRICIA FRIAR, CMO
Patricia Friar joined Kinnami in 2021. She has 25 years-experience at the executive-level leading Marketing at B2B growth start-ups in emerging tech markets, primarily IT infrastructure, network security, storage and e-commerce software technologies. Most recently, Patricia was Sr. Director and co-founder at Viviota, an Engineering/Scientific data management software company accelerating digital transformation at the Edge.
Prior to Viviota, she was Managing Partner of The Compass Group for seven years, a business and marketing consultancy focused on emerging technology companies. She has been active in bringing 11 early-stage companies to market, rebranding four turn-arounds, resulting in six successful acquisitions and one IPO. Prior to a career in Marketing, Patricia was a software engineer, systems analyst and software development manager. She led NAVSUP systems deployments for Omega Computer Services and worldwide financial systems deployments for ABB.
Patricia holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from the SC Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and an AB in Archeology and Art History from Cornell University.
JAMES BURKE, DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
James Burke is Director of Business Development at Kinnami. He joined the company in early 2019 to help bring Kinnami’s technology to market. Jim’s experience spans a number of sectors from advertising and media development to sustainable business pursuits. Jim was one of the original partners in Viamedia, an ad sales management and monetization solution for cable TV operators (Verizon, AT&T, Google Fiber, RCN) multichannel video programming distributors, telcos, over-the-top streaming services and video providers across the US. Viamedia grew from one cable operator customer in 2001 to over 50 operators, with 7M+ households served and more than 350 employees within 9 years. Most recently, Jim worked with companies like Procter & Gamble, Pfizer, Baxter and the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Initiative (PSCI) on supplier data collection and analysis to reduce enterprise impacts around water, waste and carbon emissions with Ecodesk, a UK based sustainable business platform.

Jim holds a BS in Business Management, with a minor in Economics from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.​
